What is the dress code?

The celebration will be a formal black-tie wedding. Gentlemen are kindly asked to wear a tuxedo or a dark formal suit, and ladies are encouraged to wear a full-length gown or an elegant cocktail dress.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will be outdoors, followed by cocktails & dinner in orange grove for an outdoor reception.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation.

Are kids allowed to join for the reception?

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding and making arrangements in advance.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for parking, seating, and a celebratory champagne sip.

What's the best way to get around Phoenix?

Ride shares (Uber/Lyft) are the easiest option if you’re not renting a car. The Royal Palms is centrally located near Scottsdale and Arcadia, so travel times are short. If you are staying at The Royal Palms they offer complimentary transportation to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall and Old Town Scottsdale (based on availability).

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Yes! Valet parking is available at the resort. Ride shares (Uber/Lyft) are also encouraged for convenience.
